Cancellation before 7 days of your trip date: If you cancel your booking before 7 days of your trip date, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation within 3 days of your trip date: If you cancel your booking within 3 days of your trip date, no refund will be granted.

To cancel your booking, please contact us at info@goasafari.com. We will process your cancellation and refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that refunds may take up to 7 to 15 working days to process, and may be subject to processing fees or other charges.
