Terms and Conditions – Goa Safari Adventure
1. Advance Booking Policy
At Goa Safari Adventure, we offer a wide variety of exciting travel experiences. To confirm any booking, we follow a clear advance payment policy:

Holiday Packages: 50% advance required for confirmation.

Tours & Activities: A minimum advance of ₹200 per person is required.
2. Payment Terms

Balance Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at the start of the trip.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, and cash.

Advance Payment Clause: All advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable in case of cancellation by the customer.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only once the advance payment is successfully processed. Confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.
3. Contractual Agreement
By using www.goasafari.com or any affiliated platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with the booking.
The person making the booking is considered to have accepted these Terms on behalf of all named participants.
4. Our Role and Limitation of Liability
Goa Safari Adventure is not a tour operator but a booking agent. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not control or operate any tour or activity. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listed information and recommend confirming details directly with the respective tour operators.
Goa Safari Adventure shall not be held liable for:

Failures, accidents, or damages caused by third-party tour operators.

Any inaccuracies in tour descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Unsuitability of a tour for the customer’s needs.
If legally required, our liability is limited to re-booking the same (or similar) tour or refunding the booking fee.
You agree to indemnify Goa Safari Adventure against any loss, cost, or damage arising from breach of these terms by you.
5. Fees, Charges & Operator Policies

You agree to pay the listed price for the chosen tour.

Prices are set by the respective operators and are subject to change.

You also agree to abide by the tour operator's safety instructions and policies regarding clothing, equipment, and conduct.
Cancellation Fees:
Regardless of the operator’s policy, Goa Safari Adventure retains the right to withhold the booking fee and a 20% deposit in the event of cancellation.
6. Age and Identity Verification

Bookings can only be made by individuals 18 years or older.

Valid government photo ID must be shown at check-in.

The Tour Operator may request the credit card used for payment and a signed confirmation form.

If identity verification fails, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the credit card holder and the traveler are different, you must inform Goa Safari Adventure post-booking for verification.
7. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
a) By You (Customer)
Contact the operator well in advance to cancel or amend. Regardless of the operator’s policy, Goa Safari Adventure will retain:

The booking fee, and
-
A 20% deposit of the package price.
b) By the Operator (Non-weather-related)
If the operator cancels or changes your booking, you will be entitled to a full refund if you do not accept the alternatives provided.
c) Weather-Related Cancellations
If weather prevents a tour from taking place, the operator will attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible or accepted, a refund may be offered. Goa Safari Adventure retains the right to withhold the booking fee and 20% deposit regardless.
Note: Differences in refund amounts may occur due to bank fees or currency fluctuations, for which Goa Safari Adventure is not responsible.
8. Insurance Disclaimer
Some activities may involve risk. Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance. We strongly advise checking with tour operators and third parties regarding coverage.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa.
